Our aim is to ensure all our visitors enjoy their stay on our park, and that they are made to feel safe, secure and welcome.

The aim of this access statement is to inform a prospective visitor to our park of our surroundings and facilities within the park.
Our current facilities are as follows
Our park consists of 120 touring pitches which are suitable for touring caravans, motorhomes, trailer tents and tents all of our pitches are level.
This website that contains comprehensive up to date information on the park.

The entrance to our park leads directly off the main A3052; this makes access to the park simple and straight forward as guests do not have to travel down any Devon lanes.
Within the park signage directs guest arrivals to our shop and reception building which has a level parking area in front of it.
The resident owners are always on hand to offer assistance if required.
Once registered our guests are advised of their assigned pitch and shown to it. When we can, guests are usually free to choose from the available pitches, (this may not be possible in peak periods such as Sidmouth folk festival and bank holidays as we receive bookings of multiple units who wish to be together, which we do our best to accommodate for).
Parking for 1 car is provided within guest pitches.
The road within the park is level tarmac cleat-ways; these roads have a speed limit of 5mph which is clearly indicated by signs at the park entrance.
We have a level tent field which is in use for the main season this field is accessed from the main park via stone cleat- ways which lead through a gateway into the field.
Our laundry room is situated in the entrance of the female shower facilities.
Within the laundry room the floor is level with a non-slip surface.
Facilities within the laundry room include, a front loading washing machine, tumble dryer, washing up sink.
The ladies showers are situated in the middle of the park and in the camping field.
The floor within the ladies shower facilities is level. Around the shower area there is non slip matting.
Facilities within the ladies showers include 5 toilets and 4 shower cubicles. There are 4 washbasins in a communal area.
The shower cubicles have a slip resistant floor and an inward opening door. Each cubical has an average length of 187cm and an average width of 84cm.there is a step up of 16.50cm into each cubical.
The Showers are free of charge.

Access is via 2 steps
The floor within the gents shower facilities is level Around the shower area there is non slip matting.
Facilities within the gents showers include, 4 urinal bowls two of which are 65cm from the floor and one of which is 55cm from the floor. 4 toilets and 4 shower cubicles, 5 washbasins.
The shower cubicles have a slip resistant floor and an inward opening door. Each cubical has an average length of 182cm and an average width of 88cm.
The Showers are free of charge.

Family Bathroom
This can be found on the verhanda of the toilet block, it contains a bath, toilet, shower and wash basin. To acess the hot water in this room please add £1 to the coin box.
Our disabled wet room facility is attached to the central toilet block it contains a shower and a toilet.
Entry to this facility is via a key which can be obtained from reception.
We have a partially fenced grass surfaced childrens play area with swings a slide and a climbing frame.
There is an undere cover seating within the park with picnic benches.
We have a grass walk around the whole of the park which is available for dog exercising.
We have a games field at the top of the site with volley ball, cricket, rounders and football pitches.
There is and outside games area next to the shop with giant chess, table football and table tennis.
All our electric pitches run off 10amp electric hook up points.
There are 13 water points and 6 waste water points situated at intervals around the park.
All the water on the park is suitable for drinking.
There is a chemical disposal point located to the side of the central toilet block, camping shower block and motorhome point.
There are 10 refuse disposal points which contain general refuse bins and recycling for paper and glass.
Fire points within 50 meters of any of the pitches.
Pitches are principally allocated on arrival. Particular preferences can be taken in to account.
The park is approximately 25 acres.
There is some tree and shrub planting to break up the area of the park.
The park is sheltered by mature trees.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, except when on the dog run.
